Aftercare

Swelling is to be expected for 3-6 days post treatment. Small areas such as the chin you can expect swelling for up to 14 days.

Swelling can be treated and reduced using a cool pack wrapped in a clean cloth or towel and used for a maximum of 20 minutes 4 times a day.

Redness, tightness, temporary hard lumps, tenderness, brusing and itchy skin are all common side effects of fat dissolving treatments.

♡ Avoid the gym/strenuous Exercise for at least 48 hours

♡ Avoid saunas, sun beds and steam rooms for 48 hours

♡ Do not apply cosmetics including soaps onto the area for 24 hours following the treatment

♡ When washing, wash the area with a clean warm washcloth and pat dry, avoid rubbing.

♡ Avoid alcohol, ibuprofen, Aspirin or other blood thinning medications for 48 hours

♡ Contact your Aesthetician if you experience intense pain and or discharge from the treated area.
