Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

Location
Based in Emersons green, Bristol
Medical History and Consent Forms
You will be required to complete a consent form prior to your treatment upon arrival. Our beauticians will assess your medical history and consider if your options for the appropriate treatment.
Age
You must be 18+ to have any injectable treatment with us, we will require photo identification upon arrival.
Booking Fee
All our treatments are pre payed online via our website, in which your appointment is booked and payed for prior to treatment.
Lateness
There is a 10 minute grace period, any later and no previous notice of arrival time will result in a £10 late fee.
Cancelations
Cancelations need to be processed 72 hours before treatment. Your booking cost will be refunded with a 50% booking deposit deducted. You can reschedule your appointment within 48 hours using our booking system.
We prefer you to attend your appointments alone, but if you wish to bring a plus one, please inform us in the comment section when booking.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
